The attractiveness of the municipality grows stronger over the years thanks to the implementations of projects such as La Cartonnerie, a unique in the region recreation complex (created in 2010) and with the on-going consideration given to the transformation of the Clos Saint Louis, an old brownfield of 13 hectares into an eco-neighborhood with an harbour.
