« European Committee for Home-based Priority Action for the Child and the Family (EUROCEF) » is contributing to the ONE in FIVE Campaign - a pan-European campaign coordinated by the Council of Europe
In the Member states of the Council of Europe, the Committee aims at developing social and educational support for the children and his/her family in their living environment, notably through the following actions:
-Gather and transmit experiences and researches concerning this particular field.
-Promote innovative experiences aiming at maintaining the child in his/her living environment with the greatest respect for Human Rights and for the Convention of the Rights of the Child.
-Contribute to the construction of social policies at the highest level in order to avoid that only economic interests prevail.

In order to reach those objectives, the Committee equips itself with different means such as creation of working groups, publishing, training actions, standpoints, meetings, congress, researches, consultations, recommendations and proposals to European and national authorities.
